Trax Drapery Hardware offers a 5-year warranty on all motors and controls. Trax warrants motors and controls to be free from defects in material and workmanship during regular and proper use for a period of 5 years star􀆟ng on the date of purchase. If a Mo􀆟onTech motor or control fails during the 5-year period, Trax will either repair or replace it free of charge at its sole discre􀆟on, given the nature of the defect.
